Dental Health

Dental caries (holes in teeth) are almost entirely preventable. The Dental Health Research team are looking at the individual factors that contribute to good or bad dental health. They are examining the attendance of families at the school dental services. They hope to establish an evidence base to contribute towards the development of health promotion policies directed towards the prevention of dental caries.
